What if I need to cut my jewelry off for medical reasons?

If you need to remove your chain for any reason do not panic! Simply cut it off at the jump ring and save the chain, then when you are ready we are happy to re-weld it back on for you for a small fee.

What if the welding breaks?

Accepted Answer

We ensure the integrity of our weld before you leave the chair. However, permanent does not mean invincible and things do happen! If you need to remove your welded jewelry or if it comes off for any reason, you are welcome to bring it (IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM) to us and we will happily re-weld your piece for a small fee.

How should I care for my jewelry?

*Avoid lotions and perfumes
*Be mindful when taking off sweaters or hair ties
*Be mindful when reaching arm into objects that your bracelet does not snag.
*Wash with mild soap and dry carefully
*Use polishing cloth as needed

Does the application of Permanent Jewelry hurt?

No pain is involved. All you will feel is the joy of having your new permanent piece of beautiful dainty jewelry.

We custom fit a chain to your wrist, neck, or ankle. We then use a pulse welder for an easy and painless process. Instead of using a clasp we use a tiny jump ring to connect and weld the two ends of the chain, turning it into a "permanent" (infinity) piece of jewelry (that you can cut off at any time with scissors or nail clippers).
